Carmen Safavi is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Digital and Sourcing team at Browne Jacobson LLP in London. She advises domestic and international organisations on commercial contracts, outsourcing arrangements and regulatory matters, with particular experience in the financial services, technology and ESG sectors.

Having worked both as an in-house lawyer and in private practice, she has experience advising organisations on commercial transactions, procurement arrangements and contractual risk management across a range of regulated and non-regulated industries.
