Farhad Shahidi is a Senior Associate in the tax team at Bristows LLP in London. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2013, he advises on corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, employment taxes and the tax aspects of real estate transactions.

Before joining Bristows, he worked in the tax team of an international law firm and at HMRC's Solicitor's Office, where he gained experience in tax litigation and advisory matters involving UK and European tax law.

Farhad Shahidi advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, property development projects, employment-related taxation and employee incentive arrangements, including Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) schemes and growth share structures.
