Flomax Motorbike Ltd is a specialist motorcycle sales, servicing and repair centre based in the West Hampstead area of North West London. The business provides a comprehensive range of services for motorcycle owners, including servicing, repairs, vehicle sales, rentals and accessories, with the aim of supporting both everyday commuters and leisure riders through reliable technical expertise and practical customer service.

Its approach combines professional workshop facilities, experienced technicians and flexible service options, enabling customers to access routine maintenance, emergency repairs and motorcycle purchasing services from a single provider.

Services and Features

Flomax Motorbike Ltd offers motorcycle servicing, routine maintenance, mechanical diagnostics, repairs, genuine parts replacement, and same-day or next-day servicing for selected work. The company also buys and sells new and used motorcycles, provides short-term motorcycle rental services, and stocks a range of riding equipment, safety gear and accessories.

Services are planned according to the condition of the motorcycle and the customer's requirements, with technical advice available to help riders choose suitable motorcycles, replacement parts and protective equipment. Walk-in servicing is available for selected services, while efforts are made to provide clear estimates for both costs and completion times before work begins.

Customer feedback presents a mixed but balanced picture. Many reviewers praise the friendly and helpful attitude of the team, fair pricing, knowledgeable mechanics, clear explanations of repairs and the speed of servicing, particularly for scooters and commuter motorcycles. Customers also highlight the broad range of services and accessories available.

At the same time, some reviews describe less positive experiences relating to communication, pricing transparency and consistency of service. Recurring comments include concerns about additional charges, differences between initial estimates and final invoices, requests for cash payments, and varying experiences during motorcycle purchases or handovers. These reviews suggest that while many customers report positive experiences, service quality and communication have not always been viewed consistently across all transactions.
