Many reviewers praise the flavour of the pizzas, the variety of available toppings, and the ability to customise orders with different meat, chicken, and garlic combinations. Some customers also comment positively on prompt preparation for collection orders, friendly staff, and occasions where management responded constructively to resolve ordering issues.
Alongside these positive experiences, a number of reviews indicate that customer satisfaction is not always consistent. Some reviewers mention pizzas arriving overcooked or with burnt crusts, while others describe certain menu items as not meeting their expectations. There are also reports of deliveries arriving cooler than expected. Several customers refer to receiving incorrect items or pizza sizes, suggesting that order accuracy may occasionally vary.
Customer service also receives mixed feedback. While some reviewers describe helpful interactions, others mention unsatisfactory telephone communication, including calls ending abruptly or conversations they felt were handled unprofessionally. In addition, a small number of reviews raise concerns about food handling or hygiene, such as finding foreign objects in food. These comments represent individual customer experiences and should not be interpreted as representative of every order.
Overall, customer feedback suggests that Pizza Go Go Stoke Newington is appreciated for its affordable pricing, extensive menu, and flexible ordering options. At the same time, reviews indicate that greater consistency in food preparation, order accuracy, delivery quality, and customer service could further improve the overall customer experience.
