Reza Mohtashami KC is a Partner at Three Crowns LLP in London and a Solicitor-Advocate specialising in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1999, he has acted in more than 90 international arbitration proceedings, with particular experience in disputes involving the energy, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. He was appointed King's Counsel (KC) in 2018.

His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes arising in international markets, representing companies, state entities and investors in arbitration proceedings conducted under a range of institutional and ad hoc rules.

Reza Mohtashami advises and represents clients in international commercial arbitration and investment-related disputes. He regularly acts as counsel in proceedings conducted under the ICC, LCIA, ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitration rules and has experience in disputes involving emerging markets.

In addition to acting as counsel, he serves as Chair, Sole Arbitrator and party-appointed arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings. His work includes advising on dispute strategy, contractual disputes and cross-border dispute resolution involving multinational projects.

Reza Mohtashami is a member of the LCIA Court, a trustee of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution and a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration.
